About the Role

Studio Mosaic is looking for our 2025 digital internship class. In this dynamic internship, you’ll gain valuable experience working across various aspects of content creation, social media management, and website optimization. You’ll collaborate with our experienced team members to develop and execute engaging strategies that drive brand awareness, audience growth, and a strong online presence.

The ideal candidate wants to work on projects that Do More Good for environmental, advocacy and nonprofit clients. The candidate looks forward to finding the best path to reach client goals through the use of social media and brand marketing and is excited at the thought of working in a collaborative, open and fast-paced agency environment. Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research on social media trends, competitor analysis, and target audience insights
  • Assist with brainstorming and ideation for creative social media content (e.g., posts, stories, videos)
  • Help with content population across various social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
  • Assist with putting together analytic reports for digital ad performance, web traffic, communications, etc.
  • Contribute to website content population (text, images, videos)
  • Review existing website content for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to best practices
  • Take meticulous notes during meetings, calls, and brainstorming sessions to document key ideas and decisions
  • Participate in content creation tasks as assigned, which may include writing captions, providing hashtags and editing images
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and tools
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Rising senior or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree with a major/minor in communications, public relations, media, journalism, or graphic design
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and handle last-minute deadlines
  • Exceptional ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and their functionalities
  • Strong writing, proofreading and editing skills
  • Experience with Adobe Suite, Google Analytics and Facebook Ad Manager a plus

  • Must be a creative self-starter, able to work independently and with limited oversight in a remote environment to accomplish agreed-upon objectives and to evaluate results

Compensation

This is a paid internship that starts at 20.00/hr.
